Westwaves Pottery is based at my home in Guernsey. I set up in 1996 once I had retired from full-time teaching.  This wasn't the start of my career in clay  that was back when I was  at Monmouthshire Teachers' Training College '59-'61. Here I was introduced to clay by Frank Hamer who has remained a true mentor to me with his work and career.

My studio is kitted out with everthing I need. A small kiln which runs from a regular socket, a wheel, many glazes, slips and tools . Then there is my smoke-firing kiln in the garden.
